1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using our courier and logistics services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Prohibited Items
The following items may not be shipped: explosives, flammable substances, narcotics, firearms, live animals (except as permitted), and any goods prohibited by applicable law. Violations may result in account suspension and referral to authorities.
4. Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate sender, recipient, and parcel information. Incorrect declarations may delay delivery and void insurance coverage.
5. Liability & Insurance
Standard shipments include coverage up to $100. Additional insurance may be purchased based on declared value up to $5,000. Our liability is limited to the declared value and never exceeds actual loss.
6. Delivery Guarantees
Transit times are estimates unless a guaranteed service is purchased. Same-day and express guarantees may be subject to address accessibility, weather, and other force majeure conditions.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time through our support team.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
